㈜ NMTG INTERACTION (이하 "회사"라 함)는 회사가 제공하는 온라인 게임 서비스 사용자의 개인 정보를 보호하고 사용자의 개인 정보를 소중히 보호하는 것을 중요한 책무라고 생각하고 있습니다. 따라서 회사에서 제공되는 각종 서비스는 모두 다음의 개인 정보 보호 정책에 따라 운용합니다. 회사는 개인정보 보호정책을 통하여 사용자의 개인정보 보호에 관련된 조치사항을 서비스 앱에 공개함으로써 사용자가 용이하게 확인할 수 있도록 게시하고 있습니다. 회사의 개인정보 보호정책은 기타 요소에 의해 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 공지사항을 통해 사용자에게 안내됩니다. 1) 개인 정보의 정의 ① 개인 정보는 이름 • 주소 • 연락처 (전화 번호 • e-mail 주소 등) 등 사용자 개인을 특정할만한 정보를 말합니다. ② 쿠키는 회사를 대행하는 서비스 제공 업체가 사용자의 컴퓨터 또는 휴대 기기의 브라우저로 보내는 작은 텍스트 문자열입니다. 회사가 제공하는 서비스의 쿠키는 브라우저 또는 장치 별 정보를 얻는 목적으로만 이용됩니다. 사용자는 브라우저 설정을 통하여 쿠키 허용을 거부할 수 있으며, 거부할 경우 회사에서 제공하는 서비스의 일부가 제한될 수 있습니다. 서비스를 통해 광고를 제공하는 제 3자가 쿠키 또는 기타 기술을 사용할 수 있으며, 사용 시 자체 개인정보 보호정책 및 이용약관이 적용됩니다. 2) 법령 등의 준수 회사는 사용자의 개인 정보를 취급함에 있어 개인 정보 보호에 관한 관계 법령을 준수합니다. 3) 개인정보수집에 대한 동의 ① 회사는 사용자가 회사의 개인정보 보호정책에 대해 「동의합니다」버튼 또는 「동의하지 않습니다」버튼을 클릭할 수 있는 절차를 마련하여, 「동의합니다」버튼을 클릭하면 개인정보수집에 대해 동의한 것으로 간주합니다. ② 사용자가 가입 시 e-mail, 휴대폰(이동전화), 팩스 등을 통해 영리목적 광고의 수령과 관련하여 “동의합니다” 버튼을 클릭하면 영리 목적의 광고성 정보 수령에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다. 4) 개인 정보의 수집목적 및 이용목적 ① 회사는 사용자들로부터 수집한 개인 정보를 다음과 같은 목적으로 사용할 수 있습니다. - 사용자 계정등록 및 서비스 이용 시 이용약관에 따른 본인 식별 및 부정행위 방지 - 유료 서비스 이용에 대한 요금 결제 및 본인 인증 - 사용자가 요청한 경품의 배송 및 배송과 관련된 커뮤니케이션 - 사용자의 문의사항 접수 및 커뮤니케이션을 통한 해결 - 기타 맞춤 서비스를 제공 ② 회사는 관계법령을 위반 또는 서비스 이용약관을 위반한 불량 사용자의 부정이용 재발방지를 위하여 해당 사용자의 IP주소, 방문 일시 등을 수집할 수 있습니다 ③ 개인정보 수집, 이용 목적 및 수집항목이 변경되는 경우에는 서비스되고 있는 앱 등을 통하여 동의를 받습니다. 5) 개인정보의 목적 외 사용 및 제 3자에 대한 제공 및 공유 ① 회사는 본 개인정보 보호정책에서 명시된 범위를 초과하여 이용하거나 타인 또는 타기업 기관에 사용자의 개인정보를 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 사용자의 동의가 있거나 다음 각호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 예외로 합니다. - 서비스 제공에 따른 요금 정산을 위하여 필요한 경우 - 사용자의 요청으로 경품 배송 서비스 제공을 위하여 필요한 경우 - 관계법령에 의하여 수사, 재판 또는 행정상의 목적으로 관계기관으로부터의 요구가 있을 경우 - 기타 관계법령에서 정한 절차에 따른 요청이 있는 경우 ② 보다 나은 서비스 제공을 위하여 회사가 사용자의 개인정보를 타기업 등 제3자에게 제공하는 것이 필요한 경우 회사는 해당 개인정보의 제공목적 등을 사용자에게 고지하여 동의하는 절차를 진행합니다. 6) 개인정보의 보유기간 및 이용기간 ① 사용자의 개인정보는 원칙적으로 개인정보의 수집목적 또는 제공받은 목적이 달성되면 파기됩니다. 단, 관계 법령에 근거하여 거래 관련 권리 의무 관계의 확인 등을 이유로 일정기간 보유하여야 할 필요가 있을 경우에는 일정기간 보유합니다. 7) 개인정보보호를 위한 대책 ① 회사는 사용자의 개인정보를 취급함에 있어 개인정보가 분실, 도난, 누출, 변조 또는 훼손되지 않도록 안전성 확보를 위하여 각종 대책을 마련하고 있습니다. ② 전 직원의 보안서약서를 통하여 사람에 의한 정보유출을 사전에 방지하고 개인정보 보호정책에 대한 이행사항 및 직원의 준수여부를 감사하기 위한 내부절차를 마련하고 있으며, 업무상 필요한 최소한의 인원으로 접근을 제한합니다. ③ 개인정보와 일반 데이터를 혼합하여 보관하지 않고 별도의 서버를 통해 분리하여 보관하고 있습니다. ④ 회사는 사용자 개인의 실수 혹은 인터넷의 본질적인 위험성으로 인하여 야기되는 개인정보유출에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 사용자는 본인의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해서 자신의 계정과 비밀번호를 적절하게 관리하고, 그에 대한 책임을 져야 합니다. 8) 분쟁 및 중재 본 개인정보 보호정책과 관련하여 발생하는 분쟁사항은 회사의 이용약관에 명시된 분쟁, 중재에 관련된 내용에 따릅니다. 9) 개인정보 취급 위탁 사용자와 약속한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 취급 업무를 위탁하고 있습니다. ① 사용자의 결제 행위를 위한 위탁 ② 사용자의 요청으로 경품을 사용자에게 배송하기 위한 위탁 10) 고지의 의무 개인정보 보호정책의 내용 추가, 삭제 및 수정이 있을 시에는 개정 최소 7일전부터 서비스 초기화면의 '공지사항'을 통해 고지할 것입니다. - 부칙 - 2020년 06월 30일 시행KrainPOP Privacy Policy
NMTG INTERACTION Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") considers the protection of our online game service users’ personal information to be an important charge. Therefore, all services provided by the Company are operated in accordance with the following privacy policy. The Company publishes measures related to the User’s personal information through the privacy policy on its service application in order for Users to review them easily. The Company’s privacy policy may be changed by other factors, and when changes are made, the User will be notified. 1) Definition of Personal information ① Personal information refers to information that can identify an individual user such as: name, address, contact details (phone number, email address, etc.). In general, users can use the service without disclosing their personal information. ② A cookie is a small text file sent to the User’s browser by the service provider agency. If the User clicks 「I agree」, the Company will regard the User as agreeing with the Company’s collection of personal information. ② If the User clicks the 「I agree」 button regarding the receipt of a commercial advertisement through e-mail, mobile, fax, etc. upon signing up, the User is deemed to have consented to receiving advertising information for commercial purposes. 4) Purpose of collecting personal information and its use ① The Company can use the collected personal information for the following purposes: - User identification and fraud prevention upon registration and using the service. - Payment for paid services and authentication - Shipping of requested prizes and communications related to shipping to the User - Communications for resolving user inquiries - Providing other personalized services ② The Company may collect IP addresses and dates of visit in order to prevent any recurrence of illegal use or abusive behavior which violates related laws or the Terms or use. ③ If there is a change in the collection of personal information, its use or the items collected, the Company will obtain the User’s consent by publishing service methods on its application. 5) The use of personal information for other purposes and sharing with third parties ① The Company does not exceed the scope specified in its privacy policy or provide the User’s personal information to third parties or other corporate organizations. However, there are exceptions where the User has consented or in the following circumstances. - When it is necessary to settle the fee in accordance with the service provision - When it is necessary to ship a prize at the User’s request - When there is a request made with due process from an organization for investigation, trial, or administrative purpose - When there is a request according to the procedure established by other related laws ② If the Company needs to provide the User’s information to a third party in order to provide a better service, the Company will notify the User of the purpose for providing such personal information and proceed with the consent process. 6) The retention and usage period of personal information ① The User’s personal information will be destroyed when the purpose of collecting/receiving it has been achieved. However, if it is necessary to retain it for reasons such as conforming to the rights and obligations of relevant laws and regulations governing transactions, the information will be retained for an appropriate period of time. 7) Measures to protect personal information ① In handling the User’s personal information, the Company takes measures to ensure that personal information is not lost, stolen, leaked, modified or damaged. ② Through the security pledges of all employees, the Company forestalls information leakage by people. Internal procedures are in place to audit the implementation of personal information protection policies and the compliance of employees. Also, access to information is restricted to the minimum number of employees required for each task. ③ The User’s personal information is stored in separate servers, distinguished from general data. ④ The Company shall not be liable for personal information leakage caused by the User’s mistake or the inherent dangers of the Internet. In order to protect his/her personal information, the User also must play a part by managing his/her account and password appropriately as well as taking responsibility for protecting personal information 8) Dispute and Arbitration Disputes arising from this Privacy Policy are subject to the Disputes & Arbitration procedures specified in the Company’s Terms of Service 9) Consignment of collected personal information In order to provide the promised service to the User, the Company entrusts third parties with the handling of personal information to: ① Consign the User’s payment ② Consign prizes to the User at the User’s request 10) Notice obligation If there are any additions, deletions or modifications of the contents of the privacy policy, the Company will notify the User through the ‘Notice’ on the initial screen of the service at least 7 days prior to the revision. - Supplementary provisions - Active from June 30, 2020
